Dr. Miles helps us to think of things from a new perspective that is research-based. We’ve gone to other therapists in the past that seem as if they’re only stating their opinion as if it is fact so we appreciate Dr. Miles’ approach. Most importantly, he’ll tell you the truth, even if it’s not what you want to hear. He is easy to connect with, simplifies concepts, and is non-judgmental. Highly recommend.
