I would say that Dr. Nellie Plummer is very nice and has a good heart. When she knew that my sister does not have an insurance, she tried the best to lower the fee and give us good amount of samples. As far as the services, she explained patiently all of the root causes and treatments. She is the one of the best doctors I have met.
