Nicole is probably my favorite provider that I've ever seen - and that's saying something! She is very kind and compassionate. She's a great listener and doesn't rush you out the door like some doctors do. She takes her time, listens to your concerns, doesn't try to turn your BMI into a diagnosis, and works with you to make a plan for your health and medication. She is also VERY responsive in the Patient Portal messaging system, so if you need something in between visits she's there for you. The whole staff at the Steamboat office is incredible! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They also usually run on-time or darn close to it, so you're not waiting around forever for your appointment to start. Nicole and her nurse, Ceci, do an excellent job of explaining things in a way you can understand without making you feel like a dummy. I absolutely love Nicole and I'm so glad I found her!
