Nicole has been my therapist for about two or three years, now. Within that time, I feel I have made major improvements to my mental health, that would have been very difficult to achieve, on my own. I still have a ways to go before I am where I would like to be, mentally. But, I am quite confident that, in time, I will be able to reach my goals, with her continued support. She is always friendly and compassionate. Even if she has had a rough day herself, she still provides a welcoming and comforting air to the session. She is just simply pleasant to talk with. But, one of the biggest factors, to me, is that she is one of the few therapists I have been to (I have tried several other facilities before finding this one) that I feel actually "gets" what is going on and truly understands psychology and people. Most others I have talked to seem like they are just reciting passages from a textbook or blindly guessing at what might help. She calculates, ponders, and works with you. Wonderful!
