Very pleased with my sessions and making progress. I visited two others before meeting with Nicole. I suffer terrible anxiety. Nicole took time to explain how she would help, suggested reading and my favorite part, keeps the ball rolling with homework. Very interactive and easy to approach. After seeing her for past 3 months, doing much, much better. Also she gives a full 60 min, instead of the quicker 50 min which I seem to need.
