Met Nicole yesterday after approx. 1 yr of dental care disasters due to my dentist's retirement, replacement; w/ end result of extremely poor care. I'm new to the area & was apprehensive finding a new dental office. She was upbeat, patient, asked questions, and listened. Very professional. Communicated well w/ the dentist in my presence. I feel she's a definite asset to her employer. I'm experienced in managing staff & would hire her in a minute.
