Nicole is an angel! I was anxious and upset about a newly diagnosed heart condition and needed some clarification of my angiogram report. She had me come closer so that I could see the images on the computer. She explained the hows and the whys in a professional way and reassured me that I was not going to die. I’m 67 years old and am finding that providers tend to talk down to the “old person”. I’ve been known to bring the fact to light that age does not mean I don’tl understand!
