A friend of the family had casually mentioned they had met a therapist that they couldn’t say enough about. When I asked for Dr. Sylvia’s contact information they said I would not regret it. I had so many issues going on in my life that it was too much to unpack..so I avoided. Dr N had a subtle way of helping me come to my own conclusions and understanding of where and why I was feeling the way I was feeling on a daily basis. I found myself looking forward to our weekly time and always felt lighter after our session ended. It almost as if she had a magic wand and lifted the heaviness from my shoulders. I can not recommend any higher to anyone considering reaching out to Dr Sylvia.
