TL;DR: If I could give 10 stars, I would.Nicole Woodruff is hands down the best occupational therapist, for both the general public and those with multiple chronic illnesses like myself. She is understanding and empathetic, having had similar or identical experiences herself, and is determined to help see me improve and customized a plan specific for me. I feel truly seen as a person instead of just a patient. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough for what she has been able to do for me. While she offers online appointments, she is well worth the hour drive I take to get to her in-person appointments. Just before walking into my very first appointment and despite being wary due to repeated bad experiences with other practitioners, I told my mother that I had a good feeling about this one and that it would be the turning point where everything was about to start changing for the better. I was absolutely right. The difference has been like night and day already.
