I have been a patient of Ms. Kincy off and on for 2 or 3 years. I have degenerative discs - low back - and had been unable to do necessary house cleaning without severe pain. Ms. Kincy, through exercises and massage, has been able to get me to the point I could walk around the large treatment room 3 times. Someone may not consider that an accomplishment, but when one could not walk from one room to another without having a #8 (or higher) pain level, that was a tremendous accomplishment. Through her exercises I was able to pick up things from the floor with very little pain. I could do small trips for grocery shopping, load and unload the car, and put everything away the same day. I am presently having some low back problems again, due to the degeneration of the discs, and will probably make another appointment with Ms. Kincy in the near future. I highly recommend Ms. Kincy to anyone with physical problems. She has concern for her patients. She is a gem.
