I have had some knee pain at times in both knees starting in my 40's. I first went to Dr. Peterson in March of 2016. A few months earlier I had been running to make the light-rail train and, after a hard stop, I felt a sharp pain in my right knee. It felt okay sitting on the train, but afterwards I was in significant pain. It improved with time, but there was constant pain. I limited my exercise to bicycling and a rowing machine in order to avoid high-impact. A few months later I visited Dr. Peterson for an adipose graft treatment and a couple of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments in both knees. My knees improved considerably. I generally avoided high impact sports, but about four years later I started playing some regular pickle-ball. I shouldn't have pushed my luck. I ended up going back to see Dr Peterson again to repeat the process. Now I'm sticking with low-pact activities and I'm doing PRP treatments about every 6 months. I recommend Dr. Peterson without reservation.
