I have been working with Dr. Torres for a couple of years now, and I have found her to be an incredible clinician who delivers effective therapy with an easy and warm style. During our weekly sessions together, she is very present and knowledgeable so it is easy to tackle even very difficult issues. She is also incredible at providing related resources after our sessions (e.g., books, podcasts, even music!), which allow me to dig deeper on my own on a given topic. Though therapy is always hard work, Dr. Torres makes me feel seen and heard each step of the way. She has my highest recommendation!
