I broke bones in my left shoulder. I was fortunate to select the most incredible occupational therapist. I needed at least 8 weeks of therapy and at my first session I was nervous. Norma made me feel calm and optimistic. She reassured me she I was not pushed to severe pain and in all the sessions she made sure I progressed without pain. She knew the exercises that kept me optimistic and never moved to more difficult exercises until I was ready and this encouraged me to push myself exercising at home. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to return to normal activities in less than a month and each new session I increased my mobility and strength even more. My doctor was pleasantly surprised with my progress!!! I recommend her with extreme confidence.Dan R
