Nyla was very nice and did her job well. However, I felt like some of the things I brought to her attention that were concerns to me were not taken seriously or where just sort of ignored. I didn't get much feed back or education on what could be going on to better understand my body or how I can self treat. I did get some good education from her and then on some other things I got nothing. I also had an abnormal result which she referred me to a specialty for further testing. That was fine except she did not explain to me what the abnormal results meant. This left me feeling overwhelmed and lots of anxiety over essentially no big deal. I myself work in patient care and a little education can go a long way in calming someone's anxiety! Nyla was gentle and I feel she is very competent in her line of work, I just wish she would be a little more informative. She also made me feel comfortable through out my exam.
