I’ve seen Olivia several times this past year for several different symptoms and on 12.26.24 had my annual checkup. The practice had undergone a lot of change this year, my family and I had lost an incredible doctor suddenly and our PA moved on shortly after. Olivia had some big shoes to fill and she’s been nothing short of fantastic. She’s completely present during the visit, she listens so well which can be rare but greatly appreciated. It is a judgment free zone. She has been so supportive in my journey this year. She responds quickly to emails and messages in the portal. She’s on top of saying what she says she’s going to do as far as lab orders and calling in scripts. I’m so pleased with the care received from Olivia.
