Dr Orla Cashman is the only therapist that I would ever recommend. We spent many years trying to find someone who had the patience and expertise to help one of my teenage children who was having difficulties. With her guidance, they are (and have been )doing amazing. This child is truly living life as they were meant to. My gratitude to this woman is enormous.
