Nuch is beyond educated in massage therapy--she comes to it by having benefitted by it herself and she is IN-TUNE with the body and its muscles, tendons and trigger points. Although it is painful, she has never left a bruise (really, this is a little unbelievable) and any sore muscles I took in come out feeling far better. Nuch is very skilled at massage and at identifying what each muscle of the body needs to be healthy.
