I wish so very much that Nurse Pam could be my primary. She absolutely changed my life in the one visit I had with her. I have a condition in which my PCP failed to inform me on what I am supposed to do about it. I went to him multiple times and he often over-talked me and did not seem to take it as serious as he should had. I wasted a whole year with him. I finally figured out which specialist I am supposed to see about this thanks to Dr. Google and that led me to meeting Nurse Pam. She took the time to listen and explain what the condition is and what my next steps are going to be. She was just an awesome health provider. I thanked her for treating me like an actual person and not a business. After the visit I was so hopeful and relieved to have met a provider that took me serious that, I admit, I got a little teary. My health means a lot to me and it has been something I stressed over for so long. Nurse Pam, if you ever see this please know how much you have changed my life!
