I started seeing Dr. Ruffer at the lowest point in my life and was quite unwilling to change. Her patience and gentle guidance won through over time. With her help we started addressing the real issues in my life ranging from my substance use to family and simply how to live a happy healthy life. I will be forever grateful and cannot recommend her enough.
