I found Dr Schade randomly while searching for a therapist following the abrupt loss of my job and thus my confidence. This was my first time seeing a therapist and I was a little cautious and truly didn't know what to expect. Dr Schade's warm, empathetic, and friendly demeanor put me at ease almost immediately. We discussed many things, explored what drives me, who I am, what my past was like, etc, and over time found the right issues and places to identify with the past, park it, and focus positively on the future. Therapy is not a single shot, one-and-done visit, you need to invest time, work with your therapist, and be engaged so Dr Schade made this journey time well spent. She is a solid professional and a truly nice person as well.
