Seldom do I rate a person, company or product with the highest rating. In Dr. Mullins case, however, I do. If only all members of the medical profession were as expert and caring in patient relationships the level of care would be amazing. The office staff, from reception to eyeglass fitting are an excellent complement to Dr. Mullins' practice. Well done!
