She is helpful and up-front. She does not take into account the billing aspect (which on the one hand that means if you need to ask those questions you have to speak to an office manager, but more importantly, she isn't swayed by drug reps and so on). When she makes a recommendation I know it is based on actually believing that to be the best medical choice. She is not judgmental and is very helpful.
