About three years ago I suffered a traumatic event. I started therapy shortly after but did not receive much results. Two weeks ago I had emdr therapy and it has helped me more than I thought possible. I was a total skeptic who thought I didn't need help but she made a believer out of me. I highly recommend Patricia she is a wonderful therapist and cares about her patients.
