I have been seeing Dr. Forman for years, and she has been a life changer. I'm a mental health therapist myself, and she has helped me navigate both personal and professional challenges. I had a lot of shame about seeking a therapist to begin with, and had a couple bad experiences with therapy prior to meeting Dr. Forman- so my expectations weren't very high going into this! I am forever grateful I gave it another chance. I would recommend Dr. Forman to others seeking therapy.
