Hey there! I have been a long standing patient of Patty's for roughly 4 years now. I love doing therapy with her. While I initially started my therapy journey 8 years ago with a specialized trauma therapist, Patty has been the best step down after that. She is trauma informed, intelligent, can help you work through your mental health - not only with educational tools, coping skills to learn, and helping you to identify and work through some of these concerns. Patty is kind, empathetic, and offers a warmth that borders maternal. In my opinion, this is the perfect environment to work on yourself. Patty makes sure it's safe, welcoming, and helpful. Patty does offer telehealth and in person, which offers flexibility I really appreciate. The only complaint I've ever had was billing, and frankly that's an insurance complaint not a Patty one. The only other thing I have to remind you all is that you get out what you put in. No therapist is a magic fix, but a map to guide where you can go!
