I went to the ER with an injured ankle where I received attention from him. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences at a hospital I have ever had. While the x-rays were painful, Caloz saw me quickly in a hallway and made sure I was given ice (for the ankle), painkillers, and water almost immediately. Despite not having staff or rooms available, Carloz looked at my ankle in the hallway and then looked at other injuries on my leg to make sure I was safe to go home. Thank you!
