Dr. Hoolahan offers a welcoming and safe environment. He has a friendly personality and is easy to talk to. Dr. Hoolahan will help direct the session, so you don't feel pressured, but he does not take over. One thing I really benefit from is how he focuses the session and lays out a plan, but you do this together so you are always included.
