Pat was thoughtful and professional when discussing my case and making recommendations. In my follow up meetings, he has been generous with his time and expertise, and his staff has been friendly and helpful. My wife also appreciated Pat's time and expertise during a family visit to give both of us advice on how my hearing aids would work and how to care for them.
