I was seen by Mr. Ward in the ER (5/19). He was attentive and thorough. Showed a genuine concern for my symptoms. Friendly and sincere, he made me feel confident in his abilities. Some emergency room staff can be abrupt and distracted. Not this man. He was totally present.
