I wish I had found Dr. Paul earlier in my life, and am so grateful that our paths eventually crossed. After failing to find the help I needed with previous therapists my time with Dr. Paul was a night and day improvement. Dr. Paul seamlessly catered the therapy experience to my needs, he understood how I processed information, how I preferred to interact, and was constantly tweaking our sessions to make sure my progress was accessible in the ways I needed it. Dr. Paul also genuinely wanted me to get better (something I always felt wary of when working with therapists in the past), and frequently impressed me with how much he cared, remembered about my specific situation, and gave me space to improve at my own pace. Dr. Paul's sessions do not feel clinical or condescending, they are opportunities to feel heard and work together with a genuinely good person to find peace with yourself. I cannot recommend working with him enough, it has changed my life for the better.
