Paul Hongo is the best! We were even referred to him by staff that my husband did not like, at another clinic. Starting from fast scheduling, to making a quick appointment, getting a comprehensive plan for care and genuine kindness to my husband, I couldn't ask for more from Dr. Hongo. His staff are very quick to follow up with us about lab work and future care. Disciplined, organized office staff and a skilled phlebotomist are all on staff. Dr. Hongo was in the military and has psychiatric expertise, showed great empathy for my husband's Vietnam PTSD troubles but also a fellowship with the horrors of war. My husband is very ill, and Dr. Hongo went through a comprehensive plan to help us through his illness. His staff even called on a Holiday. He is patient, very bright, really organized and compassionate. I highly recommend him. I almost don't want to brag on him as he will get over loaded with new patients but given my experience he will help his future patients as much as he has aided us through a difficult time. He is even a comfort to me as the care giver, as I'm facing a heartbreaking journey. He needs a bigger office space but the staff are making up for the coziness of the space and we were comfortable.
