Paul is the best! His funny sense of humor and caring personality put me at ease instantly. I've never been to a physical therapist (and I've been to many) who spends as much time with a patient as Paul does. I leave feeling like I got my money's worth and much more! Anytime my neck or back starts hurting I make an appointment with Paul and I know I'm going to feel a lot better after seeing him. Most recently I had a fall and was in an immense amount of pain with muscle spasms, scarcely being able to move. I was feeling scared and worried about how I would care for myself and my young children, but I left Paul's office feeling optimistic and confident. I have a lot of trust and confidence in Paul. He gives me specific things (stretches, exercises, when to ice and heat, etc.) I can do on my own. Having a plan to recovery makes all the difference. To top it off he even called me over the weekend to check up on me!! I refer anyone I know who needs a PT to Paul. Thank you Paul!
