Ms. Baldwin has a very good, calming energy. She gives homework that helps you focus on your goals. Her sessions aren't about wallowing, but about getting to the root of the issue and figuring out ways to help you meet your goals. That's not to say she stops you from talking about what you need to - in fact things pop up and she helps you cope as they do. Excellent for anxiety patients in my opinion. Participates with my instance. Good email reminders and follow-up.
