Took my elderly mom to Pauline Nguyen for an injury to her hand. At first, I was hesitant since Pauline only has a few years of experience but she ended up being the best OT! She was so through and spent so much time massaging and working with my mom's hand which was very stiff and painful. From the beginning, she set a goal to have my mom be able to make a fist in 6 sessions and that is exactly what she did. I have been to OTs myself before and they usually see you twice a week but Pauline gave clear instructions and only saw my mom once/week. This was great since I was very concerned about my mom catching Covid from being in a medical facility and wanted to limit the number of visits. I can not tell you how good Pauline was in working with my mom. She is very sweet, caring and very good at what she does. I am so very grateful for what she did for my mom to heal her hand.
