Advanced in age the loss of friends and family is something I face every month. Staying steady and with purpose is challenging. Penny is an ally and friend as I face these storms. My sessions are not about answers. Permanence is not my end game. Facing these loses is tough and giving “vulnerable” a chance has strengthened my purpose. Thanks Penny for giving me a lift home.
