My husband and I were stuck in unhealthy patterns. Penny, in two visits, helped us see where our hang-ups started in childhood and early adulthood. Now we understand better where the buttons are that shouldn't get pushed. Personal insight brings hope and ability to change. One of the best counsellors I've met and I've met several having had two divorces and past traumas. She is upbeat and right on. Even my husband likes her and he has trust issues from his past experience with a bipolar mom. AND she's good with children. Our 9 y.o. asked for an appointment last week after finding out info about her bio mom. We love Penny.
