Patient Reviews
Oct 20, 2024
I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Costantino while seeking a second opinion regarding a parotidectomy after being diagnosed with a sizable pleomorphic adenoma. This was my first major surgery, and like anyone facing the extraction of a tumor from their face or neck, I was terrified. One thing I can confidently say about Dr. Costantino and his staff is that they are truly the best! Everyone was incredibly helpful, especially Chantel, Laura, and Jamie.About a week and a half ago Dr. Costantino successfully removed my entire tumor without causing any facial weakness. My recovery has been much easier than I anticipated, with little to no pain. Additionally, he performed a fat graft to reconstruct the area of the parotid gland, and it’s mind-blowing that it looks as if nothing ever happened! Who knew my left side was actually my good side? The surgery took place at Stamford Hospital, which is a beautiful facility with caring staff. Dr. C is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
