I recently had a total shoulder replacement. My shoulder had no strength and I could not lift my arm. After surgery, I chose AccessPT for physical therapy. Phillip Bautista my therapist and the whole staff at AccessPT were exceptional. From scheduling appointments, to the care from start to finish, the whole team was exceptional. Phil was compassionate and patient through the stages of my recovery. He explained how the recovery was a process and that I should not to get discouraged, when at times I would hit a plateau in my recovery. I went from working on simple movements to now being able to lift weights and I now have full range of motion in my arm and shoulder. I would highly recommend Phillip Bautista and AccessPT. Thank you so much for getting me back to my life!!!
