I have been seeing Dr. Hester for approximately 3 years and have always found him to be extremely kind and thoughtful during our sessions. He listens carefully and offers advice based on me and my personality versus a generic "textbook" recommendation. My greatest takeaway from working with Dr. Hester is to focus on the difference between what I can and cannot control. He has helped me to sleep better and my stress level has decreased by working with him.
