A friend recommended Dr. Jacobs when I first moved to Chester. My husband and I go to see him for routine exams. The staff is very friendly and competent. I had an emergency a while back and when I called, they got me in the same day. Dr. Jacobs always takes his time with the exam and answers all questions.
