How likely are you to recommend Phu-Phuc Phan?
Mr Phan was my pre-op PA. We found him amazingly competent and easy to talk with. In the initial visit Mr Phan was excellent and thorough and fielded all our questions well. After surgery when questions were referred to him through GetWell Loop his answers were consistently the most helpful, clear and complete. I heard he also participates and assists Dr Hernandez in hip surgery. They are really busy there. Write down your questions and ask if they can be answered. You will get excellent responses. Mr Phan has excellent command of the English language and is very reassuring, competent and complete. Just listen. Then ask. Another review commented on frustration with a loose hip implant - best taken to a physical therapist because new surgery would be a last resort. Implants can be negatively affected by alcohol intake & drugs that reduce ossification. (bone healing). Do not let this affect your opinion of Mr Phu Phan- he is amazingly helpful, honest, concerned & effective as your PA!
