I've had knee problems for years though one was more painful than the other. Specialists only gave me injections for the pain. After a recent event, the Orthopedist suggested physical therapy. A friend recommended North Jersey PT. I noticed a big improvement after 1 or 2 visits. I no longer needed a cane for support or stairs. Xeni is amazing & understands soft tissue problems. Great staff! Dry needling is an extra bonus. What a difference it's been in only a few weeks of treatment/exercise!
