Throughout our time together, she has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and concerns, providing insightful guidance and unwavering support every step of the way. One of the most remarkable aspects of Polly's approach is her ability to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where I feel comfortable exploring even the most difficult emotions and experiences. She listens attentively, offers validation, and encourages self-reflection, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth. In addition to her exceptional interpersonal skills, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Her therapeutic techniques are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
