Polly was GREAT! I can't believe how quickly my issues were helped with Polly. She started out with very gentle exercises and slowly increased them as I progressed. She was very sensitive to my needs and never pushed me beyond my abilities. I am so pleased with the results of her methods. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with similar issues.
