I am not an easy person to impress, but I was blown away by the service both my wife and myself received under Polly’s expert care. First, she made us feel completely at ease. She took the time to understand our needs, and then performed a really thorough examination that pinpointed the frequencies that our ears were no longer picking up. Then, She gave us a range of solutions, according to to what we could budget. Finally, she gave us both an expert fitting and fine tuned our new devices. We would happily recommend Polly Poston to anyone who is suffering from the effects of impaired hearing!
