Portia helped me through some of the most challenging times in my life. With her guidance I learned how to establish healthy boundaries, find new hobbies and create a life filled with things that fulfill me. She met me exactly where I was at the time and challenged me to think about things differently. The coping mechanisms that she helped me develop have truly changed my life. 10/10 recommend Portia! I could not be more appreciative for her guidance and feedback.
