My family and I had been coming to see Dr. Patel for a while, she’s great, gives you lots of knowledge about your eyes. We finally found a doc we loved. I followed her from her previous place of work to this one. My last visit there, no one told me I was going to have someone else. They pawned me off to another Patel who was not thorough and did not explain things. She is no longer at this practice.
