I met with Pushpa when I was daignosed with diabetes 6 months ago. What interested me about Pushpa's background was her experince with ayurveda and yoga, that fit in with my lifestyle. Pushpa was very easy to talk to and she went spent a good amount of time customizing a plan for me that fit my needs. It focused not only on the dietary aspect but also the exercise aspect. I am happy to say that my sugar &cholestrol levels are back to normal within 6 months. Thanks to Pushpa for her support
