Dr. Rush quickly understood my personal situation, and her advice was clear and extremely helpful. As she administered the hearing exam, she explained what was going on and made it easy to follow. She has a wide understanding of the different hearing instruments and can pair a user with the best choice with no pressure to buy aids. She is on top of the latest developments in a field that moves fast. To top it off, she is pleasant and humorous!
