After relocating and having to find a new therapist, I was very nervous - but Rachel has been truly wonderful. She not only made my transition as easy as possible, but she took the time and energy to get to know me and ease my anxieties that came with starting from scratch. She has been patient and empathetic, and challenged me to really get at the root of some of the surface level things going on. She is communicative, friendly, smart, and kind. Not sure what else I could hope for in a therapist. She gives a high level of care to all of her clients and I trust her fully.
